Discovering your wholeness happens when you feel a deep sense of belonging to both the visible and invisible realms. Awethentic Roots believes in nourishment that is drawn from your ancestral roots, deep embodied knowing, and connection to earth and Spirit. Nourishment starts beneath the surface- tap into your roots today.
Trust in the Pathway of Your Roots.
Awethentic Roots is about returning to your wholeness and unearthing your inherent joy through authentic practice, direct experience of the sacred, and grounded presence through the seasons of life.
Welcome to a sacred space where Spirit Meets Flesh, where prayer touches the earth, and our hearts merge with the Shekhinah- the feminine divine presence referred to in Kabbalah as the heartbeat of the world. As Rebbe Nachman reminds us, “Everything has a heart. The whole world has a heart”
We remember ancient rituals and wisdom that connect us to the Divine Realms and to the Adamah, the Living Earth.
We honor the divine intelligence of the body and trust in our inner-knowing. We are guided by the seasonal rhythms and spiritual understanding of the luni-solar Hebrew calendar. This is a meeting where the collective consciousness comes alive, guiding us toward deeper integration, healing, and wholeness.
“The higher goal of spiritual living is not to amass a wealth of information, but to face sacred moments.”
Wholeness is an integrated home to these essential elements:
An attuned, compassionate heart
A flowing, vibrant energy body
A resilient, balanced nervous system
A circle of supportive, nurturing relationships
A spacious, imaginative mind
An expressive, radiant Soul

What people are saying:
You yearn to feel whole.
You desire to return to your true Self; curious of your deeper layers. You wish to root in your truth and unleash your full magic.
At Awethentic Roots, we are here to help you remember your Divine Wholeness.
Wholeness is the ability to hold it all: the darkness and the light. When you return to your inner being of wholeness, you become a majestic and expansive Temple, embracing all parts of yourself—your magic and wounds, radiance and vulnerabilities. As Rabbi Mendl of Kotzk said, “There is nothing more whole than a broken heart.” Our deepest pains often guide us home to wholeness. Just like the contractions and expansions of a heartbeat or the waxing and waning of the moon, our wholeness embraces life’s highs and lows, holding all experiences in a sacred, loving presence.
The Hebrew word for wholeness, Sheleimut, shares its root with Shalem, meaning peace. Wholeness is the deep peace we experience when we lovingly accept and integrate all parts of ourselves. Peace does not mean the absence of conflict but a sense of completeness with all that is alive within us. As the Zohar beautifully teaches, “Weeping is wedged in my heart on this side, and joy is wedged in my heart on the other side” (Zohar 3:75a).
We uncover our wholeness by meeting each moment with full, embodied presence. Standing before the Living Divine Presence, we declare, “Hineni”—Here I am. In this state of openness, we welcome whatever life awakens within us and allow messages from the Source of All Life to flow through.
