WholEness Feels Lke:

Your body is a flowing energy, nourished and self-regulating, knowing how to rest and play in balance. You can access your flow state with ease, and your subtle-body realm communicates with you daily, offering valuable cues that you listen to. You honor your body’s inherent wisdom, dedicating time each day to care for and nurture it. You live in sync with the seasons, lunar rhythms, sacred time, and cycles of the natural world. You see your body as a vessel for your Soul, and treat it as such. You are B’tzelem Elokim : created in the Divine Image. You know how to access embodied prayer, deepening your connection to the sacred within.

Your heart is a guide, a prophetess, a guiding light. You tune into the shifts, emotional waves, and inner-knowing of your heart-palace. You check in daily with her desires, passions, and yearnings. You sit in presence with grief, and acknowledge difficult emotions with loving-kindness. You associate colors, elements, textures, and symbols as language of the heart. You know your heart is connected with the Shekhina- the feminine divine presence known as the “heartbeat of the world”. You sit in silence to honor and listen to the heart’s messages. You know how to re-write stories of the heart. You believe Rebbe Nachman of Breslov when he says, “Everything has a Heart. The whole world has a Heart”

Your nervous system is resilient , having a home in its ventral state, and can return to it continuously. Your resting state is clear, connected, and calm. You are both porous and receptive to the world around you, yet stable and grounded in yourself. Through tools like breathwork and somatic practices, you are able to self-regulate. You trust in your roots and the strength and nourishment they provide.

Your relationships and community nurture your wholeness, providing a sense of safety and belonging. You give and receive equally in the various roles you play, and your relationships are diverse, each one fueling your energy. In the Talmud (Oral Torah), the Israelites pilgrimaged to the Temple, a place of belonging, in order to “see and be seen”. You too, witness others with love and presence, and in turn, are celebrated by them. You see the Divine in each person you encounter, recognizing the sacred in all.

Your Soul expresses itself through your body every day, radiating through the rituals and lifestyle you cultivate. You are connected to the Source of All Life, knowing how to access the divine realms. Your Soul finds harmonious expression through your values and beliefs that guide you. You live a purposeful, meaningful life, fully aware that you are here on a mission, with a specific Tikun: a path of rectification and healing. Your soul speaks to you through the abstract, and takes pleasure in spiritual pursuits like song, candles, nature, and prayer. You can declare each day to the Divine: “The Soul you have given me is Pure!” אֱלֹהַי נְשָׁמָה שֶׁנָּתַֽתָּ בִּי טְהוֹרָה הִי

Your mind is spacious, colorful, curious, and sees beyond the immediate, physical reality. You practice mindfulness techniques to channel the power of your creativity and intellect. You have the tools to re-pattern negative thoughts, replacing them with fresh, healthy ones. Your mind thrives on exploring esoteric knowledge and creating meaningful pathways to deeper connection. With compassion, you approach difficult thoughts, returning to a nonjudgmental observation of your experience. We recognize the human condition is messy, and navigate complexity with grace. In Kabbalistic understanding, you have activated your Da’at: Higher, Integrated Awareness. In the words of the Talmud (Oral Torah), “Whoever has Da’at, it is as if the holy Temple were built in her days”.
