Hebrew Priestess Cacao Ceremony for Nissan
Facilitated by Jenna Zadaka and Mitten Lowe, this Nissan Ceremony will prepare us for April’s Passover awakening. Through the energetics of the Hebrew calendar, heart-opening healing with bitter herbs like Motherwort & Cacao, singing, embodied meditation, sharing, and Passover preparation, we’ll step into the season with intention. Who This Group Is For:This space is co-created by and for those who identify as women or nonbinary who are drawn to feminine, earth-based mystical Judaism. It’s for folks eager to step outside their comfort zones for connection and healing, and who wish to anchor themselves to sacred time by the moon, guided by ancient Jewish practices and herbal ancestral wisdom. We believe in the power of the circle - there are no leaders and followers, we each contribute with our unique presence and offerings. Each circle is grounded and crafted based on the unique spiritual energies of the Hebrew month.

Mitten and I are so excited to welcome you to our Nissan Ceremony—our first in-person gathering of the season in her backyard!
✨ Please arrive at 10:00 AM so we can begin promptly at 10:15.
We’ll begin by grounding in the spiritual themes of Nissan and calling in our ancestral guide for the evening, Miriam the Prophetess. We’ll introduce the plants and prepare for the medicine of cacao and motherwort, our bitter herbs (Miriam’s name literally means "Sea of Bitterness"). We’ll sink into the medicine in silence and then share with a partner.
Next, I’ll guide us through a 25-minute cacao-infused Nissan yoga flow, followed by a song-circle led by Whitney and her crystal bowl:)
We’ll close our ceremony with our candle ritual, then gather for a community potluck lunch!
